Languages Required: French (C1) + English (B2)
Starting Date: 25th September or October 2, 2025

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with airline bookings, policies, and problem resolution.
- Manage queries across multiple communication channels.
- Deliver solutions efficiently, ensuring customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory).
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:0021:00, 2 days off).
- Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
- High school completion diploma

Package Details
Offer:
- Welcome bonus of EUR 2000
- Base Salary: EUR 900 (14 months).
- Complexity Bonus: EUR 100 (11 months).
- Meal Allowance (net): EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
- Extra payment for working Sundays and public holidays
- Health insurance from day 1 (subject to a small contribution), free after 6 months of continuous employment
- Relocation assistance for candidates moving from abroad as well as the ones living in other parts of Portugal
Relocation Package
- From outside Portugal: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (utilities included, deducted from payslip). Flight reimbursement.
- From inside Portugal: Travel reimbursement
- Temporary Accommodation: Hotel stay (28 days if relocating from abroad; 15 days if relocating within Portugal).
