Conseiller(ère) Clientèle – Plateforme de crédit à la consommation – Braga

We are looking for French speakers (C2+) to join our multinational BPO client's team in the capacity of Customer Service Representatives to support users of a consumer credit platform. You will handle customer inquiries, provide account assistance, and ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Prior experience is not required-you will be trained to be fully prepared for the role!

Location: Braga, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 7 May 2026
Contract Type: Full-time

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
• Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00
• 2 days off (Sunday + 1 rotational weekday)

Requirements

• C2 -level French (mandatory, in speaking and in writing)
• B2 English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in shift rotations
• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Must live in or near Braga or Aveiro (no relocation provided)
• Possession of valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal (no sponsorship is provided) OR EU ID
