Play a key role in keeping online communities safe and engaging by joining our Content Moderation team in Lisbon. This is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced digital environment while making a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Remove harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material.
  • Support the integrity and safety of the online community.
Requirements
  • Fluency in spoken and written German (C1 and higher) and B2 English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
  • Candidates who have previously worked for the client will not be considered.
  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
  • High school completion diploma

Package Details

Offer
  • Base Salary: EUR 1100 (14 months).
  • Complexity Bonus: EUR 100 (11 months).
  • Extra payment for working night hours, Sundays and public holidays
  • Welcome Bonus: EUR 3000.
  • Meal Allowance (net): EUR 7.63 per working day, net, paid in a meal card
  • Health insurance from day 1 (subject to a small contribution), free after 6 months of continuous employment
  • Relocation assistance for candidates moving from abroad as well as the ones living in other parts of Portugal
  • Rotating schedule with 2 days off.


Relocation Package
- From outside Portugal: Shared apartment for up to 12 months (utilities included, deducted from payslip). Flight reimbursement.
- From inside Portugal: Travel reimbursement
- Temporary Accommodation: Hotel stay (28 days if relocating from abroad; 15 days if relocating within Portugal).
