• Handling inquiries regarding reservations and vehicle availability

• Managing billing disputes and processing refunds

• Supporting customers with pick-up/drop-off logistics

• Maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting KPIs

Candidate profile:

• German proficiency at C2 level

• Based in Portugal with legal right to work

• High school diploma

• Independent and well-organized
