Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review suspicious activity across social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Investigate potential fraud cases and escalate according to internal procedures.
- Assist users and merchants with transaction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve fraud detection and prevention processes.

What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable following workflows and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in fraud analysis or chargeback investigations is required, preferably in the tech industry.
- Applicants must hold one of the following: EU citizenship, valid Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visa (evaluated case-by-case), or Temporary Protection Certificate.

Working Hours:
Rotational schedule between Monday and Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00.
Future shifts may include 09:00 to 01:00 on a rotational basis.
Two rotating days off per week.
