Cross Border Talents is hiring Spanish-speaking Phone Customer Service Advisors for a remote role in Greece, supporting a leading consumer services project. If you excel at phone-based communication and love helping people, this is the right opportunity for you!


No prior experience is required and you will be provided with initial company-paid training period to better equip you for the job!


Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with a variety of requests
  • Provide clear product and service information
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling


    Requirements: 

    • Fluent-level Spanish (C2), spoken and written
    • Strong English (C1)
    • Excellent communication and active listening skills
    • Advanced technical knowledge or ability to learn quickly
    • Available to work flexible shifts


    Documents required:

    - high school diploma

    - birth certificate

    - a EU member state citizenship or a valid residence & work permit for Greece


    Package Details

    What's on the Offer:

    • Remote position in Greece
    • Paid training from home starts 29/07/2025
    • Competitive salary paid 14 times
    • Performance bonus: up to EUR 250/month
    • Rotational schedule: Monday-Sunday, 09:00-21:00, rotative, scheduled in 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
