Cross Border Talents is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Macedonian-Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Macedonian

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and solutions to customer issues

  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Macedonian (written and spoken)

  • Good command of English (for internal communication and training)

  • Residing in Romania (position is remote, but local candidates only)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Basic IT skills and the ability to learn new systems

  • Possession of documentation allowing undertaking employment in Romania (a MUST)

Package Details
