Cross Border Talents is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Macedonian-Speaking Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing high-quality assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Macedonian

Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and solutions to customer issues

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system
Requirements:

Fluency in Macedonian (written and spoken)

Good command of English (for internal communication and training)

Residing in Romania (position is remote, but local candidates only)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Basic IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Possession of documentation allowing undertaking employment in Romania (a MUST)
