Cross Border Talents is recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an exciting project in the technology and lifestyle sector, working remotely from Greece. Join us in delivering outstanding support for one of the most innovative global brands!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical troubleshooting and product support
- Ensure first-contact resolution where possible
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Accurately log all customer interactions and solutions provided
Your Profile:
- Spanish fluency at C2 level and higher, written and spoken
- Strong English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
- Advanced technical aptitude
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts
Documents required:
- high school completion diploma
- birth certificate
- a EU member state passport or a valid work and residence permit for Greece
Package Details
On Offer:
- Remote role based in Greece
- Paid training from home starts 08/08/2025
- Competitive monthly salary: paid 14 times
- Monthly performance bonus: up to EUR 150
- Working hours: Monday-Sunday, 09:00- 21:00 (rotational), scheduled in 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
