Location: Lisbon, Portugal (remote option available, for candidates already located in Portugal)
Employment type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day | Rotational Shifts providing 24/7 coverage
Language: Fluent Hebrew + Good English (for training and internal communication)
As a Content Moderator, your mission is to help ensure that all user-generated content aligns with established community guidelines. You will:

Review videos, audio, text, links, and images to detect content that may violate policies

Tag and escalate content when needed, especially in sensitive categories such as underage users, hate speech, violence, or fake news

Work within a specialized department, assigned during onboarding, to maintain a safe and respectful digital environment

Work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays
Please note: This position may involve exposure to sensitive content.
What You'll Need:

Native-level Hebrew and a solid understanding of English (training is conducted in English)

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends (extra payment applicable for working between 22.00 and 07.00, as well as working on public holidays and Sundays)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow community guidelines precisely

Emotional resilience and capacity to work in high-volume content environments
- A valid residence permit for Portugal OR a EU member state citizenship OR a valid certificate of temporary protection for refugees OR a job-seeker visa for Portugal
