Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer (German Speakers)

We are seeking German-speaking professionals to join our multinational client as Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewers with their Dublin team. This role is fully onsite and requires candidates with previous content moderation experience. You will support quality reviews of client workflows across multiple channels, ensuring compliance with safety and community standards.

Location: Dublin City Centre (Onsite)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week, fully flexible Mon–Sun 08:00–19:00)

Start Dates: Various

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for quality reviewing client workflows, including but not limited to:

• Content Moderation: Review content in categories such as:

  • Violence or credible threats of violence

  • Self-harm promotion

  • Fraud, theft, or illegal goods

  • Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations

  • Hate speech, bullying, phishing, spam, malware

  • Child exploitation, nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation

  • Other categories as defined in the service guidelines

• ID Review & Authenticity/Access Flows

• Escalations as required

• Support workflows in Special Ops/Global Risk Ops, including:

  • HERO (viral/meme content)

  • DOI (Dangerous Organization content)

• Apply high cultural awareness and understanding of political/social context for nuanced policy decisions in accordance with client standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Proven content moderation experience (a minimum of 6 months)

• Ability to work onsite in Dublin City Centre

• Willingness to complete 4-week onsite training

• Successfully pass Right to Work, Criminal Record, Credit, and other checks

Important Notes:

• This role is fully office-based, with no remote option.

• No holiday requests during the first 8 weeks due to training.
