Available Project Areas

Depending on your profile and preference, you may work in one of the following areas:

1.Automotive Support (Remote from Mainland Portugal)

- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services

- Provide guidance on features, digital tools, and account-related topics

- Ensure high-quality customer experience through phone, email, or chat

2. Digital Services / Customer Care (Onsite in Lisbon)

- Support users with account management, subscriptions, and service-related questions

- Deliver friendly and solution-oriented assistance

- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat

3. Sales & Client Support – Technology Sector (Onsite in Lisbon)

- Engage with potential customers and identify business needs

- Present solutions tailored to client requirements

- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve performance targets

What Were Looking For

- Fluent Danish (C1/C2)

- Good command of English (B2+)

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Comfortable using digital tools and systems

- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
