Russian-Speaking Content Moderator (weekends off)

Location: Lisbon (Porto Salvo), Portugal Onsite role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Russian speakers to join our multionational client's team as Content Moderator in Lisbon. You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring online content to ensure it meets platform guidelines, helping create a safe and positive user experience. This position is with a leading global social media platform known for connecting millions of users worldwide.

This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will review and moderate user-generated content in Russian according to platform guidelines. Your role involves detecting and escalating any content that violates community standards, maintaining accuracy and consistency in decision-making, and working closely with the team to ensure high-quality content review. You will also stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and community guidelines.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with rotative shifts between 07:00 and 22:00. Saturdays and Sundays are days off.
