Languages Required: Spanish (C1) + English (B2)
Starting Date: 25th September or October 2 2025
Work Model: On-site in Lisbon
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support for airline-related inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests in Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication while adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory).
- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written
- Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 rotating days off).
- Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
- High school diploma

Package Details
Offer:
- Base Salary: EUR 870 (14 months).
- Complexity Bonus: EUR 80 (11 months).
- Meal allowance of EUR 7.23/working day, net, paid in a meal card
- Transport allowance of EUR 20/month
- Extra payment for working Sundays and public holidays
- Health insurance from day 1 (with a small contribution, free after 6 months of continuous employment)
