We are urgently hiring Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for the Booking.com customer service team in Barcelona. With a start date of 18 May and only a few positions available, this is a fast-moving recruitment process.

You will be part of a multicultural support team helping travellers and accommodation partners worldwide. Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction on one of the world's leading travel platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Be the first point of contact for travellers and accommodation partners (phone & email)
  • Quickly understand customer issues and deliver fast, effective solutions
  • Handle inquiries related to bookings, payments, and technical issues
  • Mediate between guests and providers to ensure smooth resolutions
  • Take ownership of each case until it is fully resolved
  • Maintain top-level service quality in every interaction

Requirements
Languages
  • Slovenian (C2 – mandatory)
  • English (advanced level required)
  • EU ID or valid residence permit for Spain

Salary & Package
  • €21,262 per year (gross)
  • Full-time contract (38.5h/week)
