About the job German Policy Management Agent – Customer Support & Administration (Porto)
We are recruiting for an administrative and customer support role within a leading international financial services organization.
Position Overview
As a German Policy Management Agent, you will provide telephone-based support and handle administrative tasks related to policy management processes. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, service-oriented environment.
Location
Porto, Portugal
Initial training and first month fully onsite. After this period, a 50/50 hybrid model may be available for eligible independent contractors/self-employed professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th grade (high school completion)
- German: C1 level or higher proficiency (mandatory)
- Portuguese and/or English: B2/C1 level
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with administrative and telephone-based tasks
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound telephone support in German
- Handle administrative processing of policy-related requests
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry
- Support customers with inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Compensation
- Gross monthly salary: €1,300 – €1,350 paid 14 times
- Meal allowance: €12/day, net, via meal card
