Working Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7), 5 working days / 2 days off

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Mandarin via phone, chat, and email
- Assist users with booking-related inquiries and account issues
- Support customers through the reservation and payment process
- Ensure accurate handling of customer data and transactions
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
- Meet performance KPIs and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin (C1 level required)
- B2 English (written & spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, MS Office)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
