Working Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7), 5 working days / 2 days off

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in Mandarin via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist users with booking-related inquiries and account issues
  • Support customers through the reservation and payment process
  • Ensure accurate handling of customer data and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
  • Meet performance KPIs and quality standards
Requirements
  • Fluent Mandarin (C1 level required)
  • B2 English (written & spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
  • Basic computer literacy (Windows, MS Office)
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
