Join a multilingual customer service team supporting an international client within the e-commerce and digital services environment.
This role is designed for PRC (Chinese expatriate) candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and interested in building an international career in Malaysia. You will handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery updates, payments, and general service support in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Location: Livingston / Penang, Malaysia (On-site)

Start Date: ASAP / July 2026
Working Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 9:00–21:30 (morning & afternoon shifts), 5 days work / 2 days off
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in both Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to orders, delivery status, payments, and product information
  • Assist customers with service requests and issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate documentation in internal systems
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience aligned with service standards
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a high-volume support environment
  • Follow operational processes and compliance guidelines
Requirements
Language & Communication
  • Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in customer-facing interactions
Education & Eligibility
  • Bachelor's Degree required (for Employment Pass processing)
  • This role is open to PRC (Chinese expatriate) candidates only
Experience
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Offer
  • Basic salary: RM 4,100 (approx. 7,255 RMB)
  • Housing allowance: RM 600 (approx. 1,061 RMB)
  • Language allowance: RM 300 (approx. 531 RMB)
  • Total package: RM 5,000/month approx. excluding performance incentives (if applicable)
Work Schedule
  • 5 working days per week / 2 days off
  • Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
  • Morning and afternoon shift rotation
Employment Pass (EP) Requirement
This is an expatriate role requiring a Malaysian Employment Pass (EP).
The EP is a work visa issued by Malaysian immigration authorities that allows foreign professionals to legally work in Malaysia under employer sponsorship.
To qualify, candidates must:
  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree
  • Meet immigration and employer eligibility requirements
  • Be sponsored by the hiring organization for visa processing
