Join a global digital community platform known for its large-scale user-generated content, discussion forums, and online communities covering topics such as news, entertainment, gaming, sports, and lifestyle.
You will be part of a high-performing sales and customer engagement team focused on outbound communication, helping new business users successfully register, activate, and engage with the platform's advertising and business solutions.
This is a performance-driven role combining sales, digital marketing, and consultative client engagement in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients
- Support new advertisers through onboarding and registration process
- Drive engagement and adoption of advertising solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Identify business opportunities and qualify leads
- Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to client needs
- Handle objections and guide clients toward successful activation
- Apply digital marketing knowledge to support campaign discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion and engagement rates
Candidate Profile
- English proficiency at C1 as a minimum, written and spoken
- Valid residence permit in Portugal or EU ID
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or digital marketing
- Proven track record in sales performance (target-driven environment)
- Experience managing a CRM-based sales pipeline
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Ability to engage decision-makers (DMs) effectively
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Knowledge of digital marketing and media planning is a plus
- Skilled in objection handling and influence techniques
Training Program
- Intensive 15-working-day training (8 hours/day, English)
- Covers product knowledge, systems, CRM tools, and sales processes
- Includes integration into the team and live customer simulation
- Training completion is required before contract confirmation
- Paid upon successful completion of training
Offer & Compensation
- Base salary: €920 gross/month

Total average monthly package: up to €1,227 gross/month
(including meal allowance, holiday & Christmas installments) - Performance-based bonus: up to €300/month
- Paid training period (upon successful completion)
Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract: 12 months (renewable up to additional 12 months)
- Permanent contract eligibility after 2 years
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- 1-month trial period after contract signature
