Join a leading international banking environment providing high-quality customer support to German- and Spanish-speaking clients. You will be part of a professional customer service team ensuring smooth handling of inquiries related to banking products, accounts, and general client support.
This opportunity is exclusively for local candidates based in Madrid or Valencia, as no relocation package is provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in German and Spanish via phone and email
  • Assist clients with banking-related inquiries, account information, and service requests
  • Ensure accurate handling of sensitive customer data following compliance standards
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document all interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Shift Structure
  • Morning shift: 07:00 – 16:00 (Madrid & Valencia)
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 24:00 (Madrid & Valencia)
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 07:00 (Madrid only)
Requirements
  • Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
  • Spanish minimum B2 level
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights (depending on location)
  • Strong attention to detail and responsibility when handling sensitive data
  • Must be currently based in Madrid or Valencia
  • No relocation support provided
Offer
Madrid:
  • €22,800 gross annual base salary
  • €1,200 annual variable bonus
Valencia:
  • €20,800 gross annual base salary
  • €1,200 annual variable bonus
