French-Speaking SQL Support Specialist – Remote (Portugal)

Join a multinational team supporting a top digital financial platform for SMEs! We are looking for French speakers with SQL knowledge who are based in mainland Portugal. In this role, you will help users via email and chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries through email and chat efficiently

• Provide guidance on:

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)

  • Payroll management tools

  • Platform setup, synchronization, and configuration

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically

• Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Candidate requirements:

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and B2 English

• SQL knowledge is mandatory

• EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit

• Based in mainland Portugal
