About the Role
Join an international customer support team providing assistance to Taiwanese-speaking customers within a structured service environment in the regulated consumer goods sector.
You will handle customer inquiries, provide product-related information, and ensure a high standard of service delivery while maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in Taiwanese via phone and email
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products and general service requests
  • Deliver accurate and professional responses in line with company guidelines
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards
  • Record and update customer interactions in internal systems
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory procedures
  • Support overall customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
  • Native Taiwanese speaker (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree required (for Employment Pass processing)
  • Basic customer service knowledge or experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts across weekdays and weekends
  • Willingness to work in a structured, high-compliance environment
