Content Moderation / Campaign Quality Specialist (German & English)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts (09:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00)

You will be joining a global digital advertising technology environment specializing in content discovery and native advertising, supported by an international business process and customer operations provider. The role focuses on ensuring the safety, compliance, and quality of online advertising content before it is published.

Role Overview

As a Content Moderation / Campaign Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating digital advertising campaigns prior to their publication. Your work ensures that all content meets platform policies, legal standards, and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review advertiser campaigns before they go live
• Classify, label, approve, or reject advertising creatives based on policy guidelines
• Ensure content compliance, safety standards, and correct categorization
• Use internal tools to detect and report non-compliant content
• Respond to incoming inquiries via email and ticketing systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of reviewed content
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements

• C1-C2 level of German (mandatory)
• Minimum B2 level of English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
• Comfortable working with digital tools and structured guidelines
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia
• Relocation candidates are welcome (priority given to local candidates)
• Eligible documentation: EU citizenship, valid residency permit (valid for at least 1 year), or refugee status

Offer

• Gross monthly salary: 1,943 EUR
