Conseiller(ère) Clientèle (Application financière) – Braga

We are looking for fluent French speakers to join our multinational client's team as Customer Service Representatives to support users of a digital financial application. You will assist customers with account-related inquiries, platform navigation, and general support requests, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Location: Braga, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 30 April 2026 (start of initial preparatory training)
Contract Type: Full-time

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts). Full-time, 40 hours/week in 8-hour shifts
• Weekends off

Requirements

• C2-level French (mandatory)
• B2 English, spoken and written
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Must already be residing in Portugal and possess either a EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal  or an expression of interest
• Candidates must live in or near Braga or Aveiro (no relocation provided)
