We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service professionals for an international online retail client supporting global customers in Umhlanga, Durban.


Location: Umhlanga, Durban (On-site)
Start Date: 6 April 2026; 30/Jun/26; 31/Aug/26; 31/Oct/26
Salary: R24,000 per month + Benefits
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

What you will do:

  • Support German-speaking customers via inbound channels
  • Resolve queries related to online retail orders and services
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain accurate case records and updates

Minimum Requirements

  • German language proficiency (B2–C2 level) – written and spoken
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
  • Valid South African ID or residence permit


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience advantageous)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends)
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate support systems
