Turkish-speaking Travel Support Specialist | Lisbon, Portugal

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Turkish-speaking professional who stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions when travel plans don't go as expected.

As part of an international support team, you'll help travellers navigate hotel reservation issues, manage booking changes and find practical solutions in unexpected situations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist travellers by phone and email in Turkish, with occasional communication in English.
• Handle complaints and requests to reschedule hotel reservations.
• Support travellers, hotels and partners when unexpected problems arise.
• Explore alternative solutions using internal tools and established procedures.
• Manage urgent requests with patience, empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an efficient and personalised customer experience.

• Fluent Turkish.
• English skills for occasional customer interactions and training.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
• Confidence using digital tools and managing several tasks at once.

The practical details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Workplace: TP Open office
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, with an additional lunch break
• Training: Approximately 20 working days, 8 hours per day
• Training start time: Between 08:30 and 09:30, depending on the training group
