CBTalents is looking for a French- and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in the beautiful city of Porto.

Your day-to-day

• Support customers in French and English.
• Respond to enquiries and help customers find the right solutions.
• Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive experience throughout every customer interaction.

What we're looking for

• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A customer-focused attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.

Your opportunity in Porto

• On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
• Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, with weekends off.
• Relocation support for eligible candidates moving to Portugal from abroad, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months. Flights are not included.
• Food allowance provided.
