When orders, deliveries or other platform-related issues arise, great support makes all the difference. You'll communicate with customers, understand their concerns and help guide them towards solutions.

Your day-to-day

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Address questions and issues related to e-commerce services.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically, even during busy periods.

You'll be a good match if you have

• Fluent Polish and English.
• A good understanding of e-commerce products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to make thoughtful decisions and manage high contact volumes, especially during promotional peaks.
