Bilingual Customer Support (CS)

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto! 

What you'll do:

▪︎ Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with account management and financial service inquiries.

 ▪︎ Provide clear guidance and ensure a smooth, professional customer experience.

 ▪︎ Collaborate with the team to resolve issues efficiently.

What we are looking for:

 ▪︎ Languages: French (C1/C2 )  + English (B2).

 ▪︎ Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking, financial, or insurance services (8 months may be negotiable).

 ▪︎ Requirements: Must already be based in Portugal with an EU ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (AIMA appointments/receipts are not accepted).
