Native or fluent in Dutch? Help customers of one of the largest online stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, working from home in Portugal. We are hiring now for a start on 9 November.

What you'll do

• Help Dutch-speaking customers by phone and email
• Solve questions about orders, deliveries, payments and returns
• Support external sellers on the platform
• Pass complex cases to the right department

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Good English
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• Open to rotating shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
• Living in Portugal or ready to move there
