Are you a natural problem-solver with strong English communication skills?

Join Cross Border Talents in Lisbon and help users resolve advertising-related challenges on a major digital platform.

In this role, you'll investigate issues, explain platform features, and guide users toward practical solutions.

What you'll do:

• Investigate account access and payment issues
• Troubleshoot problems with ad creation and delivery
• Explain advertising requirements and platform policies
• Provide clear, friendly support through chat, email, and phone
• Follow up on cases to ensure a quality customer experience

What to expect:

• On-site work in Lisbon
• A 40-hour working week
• Rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation
• Structured training over 15 working days
