Do you speak German and want to build an international career? We are looking for a Billing Service Agent to join a team in Sofia, where you will play a key role in managing billing processes for clients and put your German language skills to work every day.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage billing processes and handle related customer requests in German
• Keep billing records accurate and up to date
• Work closely with the team to deliver reliable, high-quality service

• Proficiency in German
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working
