The Opportunity
Are you a native or fluent Spanish speaker based in Lisbon? We are looking for a retail support advisor to help Spanish-speaking customers and give them a smooth, positive experience.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist retail customers in Spanish and respond to their inquiries
• Solve problems with a professional, friendly approach
• Follow internal processes to keep service quality consistent

Your Profile

• Fluent or native-level Spanish
• Good communication and people skills
• A patient, positive, solution-focused mindset
• Already living in Lisbon, Portugal
• Able to work on-site, Monday to Friday
