About the Role

Are you a Portuguese speaker with customer service experience and an interest in technology? Join our international team in Athens and help customers find effective solutions while building your professional skills.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, provide basic technical troubleshooting, and deliver a high-quality support experience. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and progress into more specialized customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries.
• Resolve service-related questions and provide basic technical troubleshooting.
• Build positive customer relationships and support customer retention.
• Identify relevant opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established procedures.
• Develop expertise to support more specialized service requests over time.

Requirements

• Portuguese proficiency at C1 level or above; native-level fluency is highly valued.
• English proficiency at B2 level for training and internal tools.
• At least one year of experience in customer care or technical support, ideally in the technology sector.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
