Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist for a Social Media LLM project in Lisbon, Portugal.

This opportunity is suited to candidates who combine excellent German writing skills with an interest in Generative AI and experience evaluating or annotating AI-generated data.

Requirements:

• Native-level German proficiency
• Solid B2 English; B2+ or C1 preferred
• Previous AI data annotation experience
• Familiarity with AI annotation and evaluation platforms
• Strong digital skills and the ability to make accurate decisions quickly

Work details:

• On-site position in Lisbon
• Rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday, with 24/7 coverage
• Two rotating days off
• Availability for the next six months without planned holidays or vacations
• Additional SHL assessment required
