Cross Border Talents is looking for Norwegian-speaking professionals to support customers across streaming, e-commerce, fintech, online delivery and premium technology services.

What you'll do:

• Support customers via phone, chat and email
• Help with accounts, subscriptions, orders, deliveries and payments
• Troubleshoot products and online services
• Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native-level or C1 Norwegian
• B2 English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required

Athens, Thessaloniki or Chania, Greece
On-site or remote, depending on the opening
Full-time schedules, depending on the team

Relocation support is available for eligible positions.
