Danish-speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist | Remote | Athens, Greece

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Danish-speaking professional to support drivers when unexpected vehicle breakdowns disrupt their journeys.

If you're a calm communicator who enjoys coordinating solutions and helping people under pressure, this could be your next opportunity.

What will you do?

• Handle incoming calls and emails about vehicle breakdowns.
• Create accurate cases in the CRM system.
• Verify customer, vehicle and location details, as well as service coverage.
• Assess reported issues and coordinate suitable assistance, including roadside repairs or towing.
• Respond to additional customer enquiries and complaints related to products, sales and services.
• Use multiple tools while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

What we're looking for

• Danish language skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm during urgent situations.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

The practical details

• Location: Athens, Greece
• Work model: Remote, with occasional on-site activities in the Piraeus area
• Contract: 8 months
• Schedule: Rotating shifts across the 00:00–23:30 operating window
• Weekends: Approximately one weekend per month
• Night shifts: Approximately one per week
• Relocation: Support is available; eligibility and details can be confirmed during recruitment.

Call volumes may increase during winter and other periods of higher demand.
