Spanish Speaking Retail Customer Support Full-Time

We are looking for a Spanish speaking Retail Customer Support Agent to join a team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will assist customers in Spanish within a retail environment, providing helpful and professional customer service.

What you will do

• Provide customer support in Spanish.
• Assist customers with retail-related enquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to deliver a positive customer experience.

What we are looking for

• Fluent or native-level Spanish.
• Candidates already living in Lisbon, Portugal.
• The right to live and work in Portugal.

What we offer

• Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon.
• Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
• Gross monthly salary of €950.
• Performance bonus of €150.
