German-speaking Customer Service Agent – Remote from Greece

Join an international team supporting customers of a leading telecommunications provider in German. You will work remotely from Greece, as part of a team based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and emails about mobile and fibre internet services

- Help customers with invoices, payments, orders, roaming and connection issues

- Offer additional services and contract renewals (cross-selling and upselling)

- Handle retention calls and help customers stay with the service

- Document customer interactions accurately

Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, with occasional weekend shifts. No night shifts.

What we offer:

- €1,300 gross per month

- Sales bonus of up to €900 gross per quarter

- Productivity bonus of up to €240

- Relocation support to Greece

- Flight ticket home for every 6 months of tenure

- 8-month contract with possible extension

Requirements:

- Native or C1-level German

- B2-level English for training and internal communication

- Experience in customer service, technical support or sales is a strong plus

- Good computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices

- Right to work in the EU
