HIRING: Customer Service Group (CSG) Representative

I am looking for a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide customer support in a remote environment.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, responding to requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience while following established service procedures.

Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English

Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer support. Ability to work remotely from Greece, with a reliable internet connection

Willingness to complete onboarding and any required on-site training.

Remote work opportunity based in Greece.

Relocation support, including 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.

Financial assistance of up to €300 for the first payment for eligible candidates relocating from abroad.

Support with employment documentation.

Accommodation during training for eligible Dutch-speaking candidates relocating from outside Athens.

Schedule:Monday to Sunday, with working hours between 08:00 and 00:00.

Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete employment documentation.

Relocated employees are required to work on-site for at least 3 months before transitioning to remote work, unless an applicable exception is confirmed.

Documentation: EU citizenship OR Residence card with only Full Market Access
