Cross Border Talents is looking for Turkish-speaking Operations Customer Experts to join an international customer support team in Lisbon.

In this role, you'll help travelers resolve hotel reservation issues, manage unexpected changes, and find practical solutions when travel plans don't go as expected.

Your responsibilities

• Support Turkish-speaking customers via phone and email, using English when needed.
• Assist travelers with hotel reservation issues, complaints, and rescheduling requests.
• Handle urgent situations efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate with hotels and other partners to negotiate alternative solutions.
• Use internal tools and follow established procedures to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in challenging situations.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and team performance.

• Fluent Turkish language skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Working conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, within the scheduled operating hours.
• Employment contract under Portuguese law.
