Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Recruiter and work with a global network of professionals across multiple markets. In this role, you will manage recruitment projects end-to-end, connecting clients with suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and online platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
• Fluency in English
