Role Overview

As a German Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your goal is to provide top-quality support while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer requests via phone, chat, and email.

Provide accurate information and solutions regarding products and services.

Assist customers with order management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic communication style at all times.

Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets performance and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

Fluency in German.

Good command of English (B2 or higher).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.

Ability to work in shifts (MondaySunday, 00:0023:00 flexible schedule).

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Must be based in Greece with eligibility to work.

Base salary: 1,300 gross/month.
