Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Danish and English.
• Answer questions and provide guidance on customer service matters.
• Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Native-level or fluent Danish.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must already be living in Portugal.
• A proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
