You will help small and medium-sized businesses understand available tools, navigate product features, and find solutions to questions that arise during their advertising journey.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Providing product and tool guidance.
• Assisting with pre-sales and post-sales enquiries.
• Helping customers resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicating information clearly and professionally.
• Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

You are a strong candidate if you have:

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and helpful mindset.
• Good problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• The ability to learn new tools quickly.
• A collaborative approach to work.

What to expect:

• On-site role in Lisbon.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts.
• Intensive training and onboarding.

Eligibility: You must already be authorised to work in Portugal and currently reside in Lisbon.
