If you speak fluent Italian and English and feel comfortable with both customer care and technical troubleshooting, this opportunity could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the first point of contact for viewers.
• Provide account and application support.
• Help troubleshoot software functionality, system configurations and network settings.
• Deliver clear, friendly and professional assistance.

Work details

• Model: Remote
• Location requirement: You must live within 50 km of the Lisbon office.
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:00, with two rotating days off each week.
• Relocation: Not available.
