Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
• Collaborate with the team lead to understand role requirements
• Create job advertisements and perform sourcing activities
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

Requirements

• Headhunting skills or some outbound CX
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
