Customer Service Advisor

WE'RE HIRING — FRENCH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS

Location: Braga, Portugal (On-site)
Salary range: €900–€1,100/month 

We are recruiting French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international banking and financial services project in Braga.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by telephone.
• Assist customers with existing credit products and new financing requests.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Build positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level French proficiency.
• Previous sales experience or strong commercial aptitude.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to multitask.
• Must already live in Portugal, within 50 km of Braga.
