Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 | Weekends off

About the Role

We are looking for a French & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Porto. You will provide essential support to customers of a leading global customer experience company, primarily in French and English, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers in French and English via phone, chat and email
• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience on every interaction
• Adapt quickly to new processes and tools in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent French
• English at business level (C1), with the ability to read, write and speak fluently
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry
• High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto
