CBTalents is looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist with good English skills to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you'll do

• Assist players with their questions and support requests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English.
• Investigate issues and help find appropriate solutions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive player experience.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

The details

• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Work model: On-site.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Sunday, with shifts covering 24/7 operations.
• On-site training provided.
• Relocation support available, including assistance with moving costs, temporary accommodation upon arrival, and support finding longer-term housing.
