Cross Border Talents is looking for an Operations Customer Expert to help English-speaking users solve advertising-related problems and navigate a digital platform with confidence.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with ad accounts, payments, and access issues
• Troubleshoot campaign creation, publication, and delivery
• Explain advertising policies and platform guidelines
• Help users understand available tools and features
• Manage cases carefully and coordinate with specialist teams

You'll join a team environment with structured training and ongoing opportunities to learn.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, rotating shifts across a 24/7 operation
